We are available Monday's thru Friday's 9:00 am till 6:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time.
Every order is different however once the order is finalized and fully paid for it will generally take 4-5 business days to ship.
I do have product that make ready to ship. those items will be shipped 1-2 days after payment is recieved.
Returning an item is possible however a 50% restocking fee is kept. Rest assured everything will be solidified prior to collecting payment so as to ensure total customer satisfaction.
I am currently in discussions with several stores that will carry my product exclusively. You can find their information at the bottom of the first page.
